Akula Robotics is my solo build of a two-meter autonomous underwater vehicle. It's a civilian educational and research project, documented in public as it's built. The design depth is 10 meters.

It's real and under construction. The hull is printed: 16 parts, 8 sections, two halves each. The generator runs on a test bench, and I've started on the ballast module. Nothing is installed in the hull yet. The roadmap shows where each module stands.

That part is still design work. Nothing is installed in the hull yet, so nothing runs underwater today. When the fault handling is built and tested, I'll show it on camera, including what goes wrong.
